  • Abbott Laboratories: Led a team of 5 instructional designers to write 12 courses to support ADD's Siebel eMedical 7.5 implementation: wrote project plan and design plan by interviewing 12+ SMEs, including some high-level executives; designed the courseware templates and styles, and reviewed all courseware for conformity; was the single point of contact for the client; provided weekly status reports including budget information and forecasting; designed a train-the-trainer event for the SMEs to learn how to teach the courseware
  • Motorola: managed development of New Hire training for their IT group: planned for all development and training of the course in London, Edinburgh, Paris, Beijing, and the US; managed 5 training resources and 25 SMEs who assisted in the training events
  • Managed various Authorware development projects as part of Masters degree program at NIU

  • ASP-One: trained their sales team, including scenario-based training to help the team anticipate issues and present the right solutions for clients ; video-based examples and exercises (to see the "before" and "after")
  • Equus Corporation: trained their sales team on their custom client information management system

  • Abbott Laboratories: trained a series of courses to support their Siebel rollout; the courses included new processes, legal information, and highly technical information for an expert audience

  • Crate & Barrel: trained various courses covering various enterprise functions, specifically warehouse

  • University of Chicago: taught their Instructional Designers how to use Authorware
  • GE Capital: taught a course about the legal issues surrounding information management and security
  • West Publishing: taught a custom Word Macros course for their senior editors and managers
  • Abbott Laboratories: taught a Lotus Notes course for an R&D group of scientists
  • PPI: taught over 40 standard end-user computer courses, including all the Microsoft Office products, Lotus Notes, and WordPerfect; #1 rated trainer for every year I was a full-time trainer; WordPerfect and Lotus Notes Product Leader
